Day 38 Details

My energy level has improved over the weekend, so Couch to 5K Week 6 Day 1 was ok. I ran at a pace of 3.7 mph for all the runs.

I enrolled in a course offered by The National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) called "The Science Behind Effective Weight Loss." I've only completed the first section and realize that I am not consuming enough calories, and I also need to do more strength training to boost my matabolism.
