Day 39 Details

Today I began adding more strength training into my daily routine. I don't have an set strength routine just yet, but I am focusing on squats, lunges, and various arm exercises.

The scale is still going up, but I hope it will reverse soon once my body adjusts from Keto to pure calorie counting.
