Day 46
Today I was supposed to do Couch to 5K Week 7 Day 1, but because I was up all night purging, I decided to resume C25K tomorrow. I did do a little strength training today.
I am still having problems with proper elimination, so I will be working on getting my gut to work properly again by consuming more probiotics and prebiotics.
Day 45
Today was the worst day of the diet thus far. I woke up and was about 7 pounds heavier than yesterday. I felt heavy and sluggish, as I often do when I have not had a bowel movement in a few days. I have lost track of my last bowel movement and can't remember if it was last Thursday or Friday.
I decided that I was not going to record my weight for the day, because I know it was built up waste, so it was time to purge.
Day 44
Today I did Couch to 5K Week 6 Day 3. I am a day behind with C25K and will try to catch up during week 7.
I consumed around 1902 calories today for my One Meal a Day (OMAD) - not including the servings of Pine Pollen. Today is Superbowl Sunday. I had tacos, chicken wingettes, and fries, and ice cream. I did not go over my allotted calories, but it was not a clean day of eating.
Day 42
Today I did some weights, which I will continue to do daily going forward. I have not felt any soreness with my strength training, so my guess is, I'm not lifting heavy enough weights just yet.
I consumed around 1810 calories today for my One Meal a Day (OMAD) - not including the servings of Pine Pollen.
Day 41
I feel like my energy level has returned. I completed C25K Week 6 Day 2 today at a pace of 3.7 mph for each run. It was work, but I got it done. I also moved around alot more than usual throughout the day.
I also did a few sets of weights today, including lunges, squats, and curls.
I consumed around 1779 calories today for my One Meal a Day (OMAD) - not including the servings of Pine Pollen.
I completed the NASM course The Science Behind Effective Weight Loss. I learned and re-learned alot from the course.
Day 40
February 9, 2022 did not go completely as planned. I was supposed to do day 2 of week 6 for Couch to 5K but was feeling a bit under the weather, so I will do it tomorrow.
I did manage to get in a few arm exercise with weights while sitting on the couch, but will be ramping things up tomorrow.
I am still working on increasing my calorie intake.
Unfortunately the scale is still going up!
