Day 45 Details
Today was the worst day of the diet thus far. I woke up and was about 7 pounds heavier than yesterday. I felt heavy and sluggish, as I often do when I have not had a bowel movement in a few days. I have lost track of my last bowel movement and can't remember if it was last Thursday or Friday.
I decided that I was not going to record my weight for the day, because I know it was built up waste, so it was time to purge.
I consumed around 1460 calories today for my One Meal a Day (OMAD) - not including the servings of Pine Pollen. I had left over tacos, chicken fingers from yesterday.
