Day Five Details

January 5, 2022 was the official start of Couch To 5K. Unfortunately, I was not able to continue the fasting, so I immediately switched to One Meal a Day (OMAD). I was too weak and I did not want to quick as I often do - if/when I become too weak.

I have to listen to my body, and the most important thing for me this year is to remain consistent with my dieting and exercise, and of course keep off the pounds that I am working so hard to drop.

Couch to 5K is a 9 week running program that trains you to be able to run a 5K or continuous running/jogging for 30 Minutes.

I completed C25K over 10 years ago. Unfortunately, I did not continue running, so I gotta start all over.
