Day Six Details

January 6, 2022 went ok. I did an 8 minute Taebo workout. I used Taebo to lose the weight I had gained after having my youngest child. It is a great workout.

My plan is to focus on strength training on the days that I don't do Couch to 5K (C25K). My mind is made up and set, but my body still has a bit of catching up. During the first month or so, I want to focus on getting back into the habit of working out.
